Chambord Benton-Hayes Receives 40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates Award from the National Bar Association

40 Under 40 Recognition For Chambord Benton-Hayes

Benton Employment Law is proud to announce the inclusion of Attorney Chambord Benton-Hayes in the National Bar Association’s 40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates list. To earn a spot in this prestigious selection, nominees must show a broad range of high achievement and substantial innovation in their field. Individuals awarded the 40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates award use their experience and knowledge to positively impact their community in such a way that also advances the goals and mission of the National Bar Association.

According to President Carlos Moore:

The awardees were selected from a sizable list of nominees solely on merit and the ultimate recipients are those most deserving based on the strength of their legal acumen, ingenuity, and community service. The NBA believes this group will continue in the future to exhibit the same skills, leadership and commitment that led the selection panel to select this group of 40.

The 40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates award is a highly respected honor given to only 40 esteemed professionals across the nation, whether they be solo practitioners or from large firms, judges or corporate counsels.

As a plaintiff’s employment and trial attorney, Chambord represents CEOs, and C-suite executives in severance agreements, wrongful termination, and high-stakes litigation. She fights for clients enduring racial discrimination, sexual harassment, LGTBQ+ discrimination, and disabled individuals seeking accommodations. During her years in practice, Chambord has trained thousands of executives, managers, doctors, attorneys, and employees on ADA compliance, anti-harassment, microaggressions, and employment law issues.

In addition to the 40 Under 40 award, Chambord has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers (an honor awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40), and a “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” (awarded for outstanding professional excellence in private practice). NBA’s Women Lawyers Division also named her “2022 Outstanding Women Lawyer in a Solo/Small Firm.” Furthermore, Super Lawyers Magazine will feature her life and career in an upcoming July 2022 article.

Benton-Hayes will be honored at the National Bar Association’s renowned 40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocate Awards Black-tie Gala on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, during the NBA’s 97th Annual Convention in Memphis, TN.
